The staff was very very helpful and the service was efficient, so it was very lovely stay. Bed was comfy; room was brand-new and exceptionally nice. The gardens were beautiful here. Favourable location to church of san nicolas.

Though the breakfast itself was abundant, it should have been included at this price.

Lovely base for exploring San Cristobal de las Casas. The room was incredibly comfortable and the staff was VERY HELPFUL! Lovely beds, central heating, a writing table and a hairdryer were a nice touch. Hotel was in the central location.

The breakfast certainly should have been included at this price.
